General UI and QOL features that I feel are sorely needed at some point

Member, Alpha Two
I would love to see these features implemented:
Keybinds for need/greed in action mode!!! - I tank. I'm in action mode. An item drops, and OOPSIE, the timer is TICKING but I am still TANKING and I need to swap out of action mode to interact with this menu that just popped up, then click stuff, then swap back to actions to keep going. It's very clunky, and I couldn't find a way to not have to do it, or just let myself not roll on unimportant options.
Smart need/greed options: Although the game is old as hell, Everquest has a *FANTASTIC* loot system in that you can select your need/greed preferences ahead of time for all drops in the game. I would love love LOVE if we can get an "always need, always greed, never need, never greed, etc." type of list that we can select for things like droppings and all that random stuff that drops constantly, and I do want an option to roll on, but for the above bullet point, often find myself missing out on.
Typing / should automatically put you in the chat box, as well as pressing Enter. I often find myself accidentally opening every menu known to god because I hit / then start typing only to realize woops I'm not in the chat box.
Text size needs to be scalable outside of UI element scaling. My eyes. They hurt. I have given up on knowing how much of anything I have in a stack. (I have read this is known and on the radar but low priority, I just wanted to add it here as well)
Keybinds for mousewheel forward, mousewheel back, Shift + mousewheels, Numpad,
Typing /camp to log out to character select, please
Stack swapping in the bank or bags. Multiple times I find my bags are full, look at them, and there's room, but items are put in weird places, like fish being automatically put into my lumber bags. Why? Then I can't move things around without actually deleting a stack to make room. I can't swap items of similar size, or odd size if there's enough room, you have to move one stack to its own spot, then move the next stack to where you wanted it, then move the first stack back.
Materials defaulting to appropriate bags If all my bags are 100% empty and I get a fish, for some reason it does not go into my general material bag, it goes into the next specialized bag. In this case, my lumber bag... I would love for items that don't gain a bonus from the bag to default to the general bag and vice versa. If I gather a tree, it should default to my lumber bag. Ore to mining bags, fish . no special fishing bag? > goes to general bag.
Spell effect scaleability/opacity/on off options - In particular, I love the different spell effects, however in a group, as a tank, I *VERY QUICKLY* lose track of both my mouse cursor and certain spell effects that I need to avoid (Ex: goblin shaman poison cloud) because my group members are setting down AOE. Specifically the mages lava field thing. It looks sick! But I also can't see the poison cloud I need to avoid anymore T_T
Crafting Station menus when not using crafting station. I feel like if I'm a stonesmith or whatever, I should know what I need to craft before I walk up to the crafting bench. It was a bit of a pain to be out in the world like wait, do I need zinc? Or was it copper? Do I need ash wood or oak wood for the tool? Then making it back to the station and realizing it was the wrong one. I would love to see menus like in WoW where you can open it in the world to see what you need, but your crafting would be limited to being at the crafting station.
UI Scaling with X/Y axis disconnected. I would like to make my EXP Bar longer, but not taller. I would like to make my inventory longer, but not wider.
This is my once per post section where I ask for the Tank name to be changed. Alternative options include: Guardian, Protector, Champion, Knight, Warrior, Soldier, etc.
Thanks for the consideration

Yes! I try to make my bindings intuitive because "go forward" skills like blink, charge, shield slam interrupt type spells, and that sort of thing where moving the wheel forward just... it makes sense to my brain in a way that makes me play better. Meanwhile I tend to put my 2, 3, 4, buttons as skills I always want to chain together in that order. E and R are my emergency "I need this skill fast but not frequently" type spells like damage reductions, self heals, etc. I feel completely hamstrung not having the mousewheel binds T_T Right now I have it on my mouse thumb button which for some reason did work for binding, but I'd love to have that toggle between action combat and mouse selection, personally.
OMG as someone who is legally blind in one eye and have to wear a bifocal for the other, the micro text size even with HUD at 120% is total hell on my eye. I hope it is not that low of a priority to correct.
I'm hoping they're generating a big list of small things that will eventually get sent out to a team to implement all at once. I totally understand them not prioritizing this but it will make such a difference.
I think the UI for this is not fully done. Because if you learn a recipe from a drop you can see the items needed at any time. so not sure if intention is for all usable to be known all the time or for you have to learn all recipes prior to being able to craft.
