Gamepad and gaming mouse keybind bugs

I play with an Orbweaver, and a typical 12+ button gaming mouse. The buttons on my mouse are all bound to control+ respective key, the Orbweaver top 10 keys are shift+ respective key, and the bottom 10 are bound to alt+ respective key. If I bind dodge, guard or sprint to any key on either my mouse or gamepad, they get stuck on and continuously cast. Dodge being the most destructive to gameplay, everytime I have 50 stamina it casts regardless of what I'm doing.
Sprint, however does the most peculiar thing. It sticks on as I stated before, but if I am standing still, i.e., at a vendor or I'm looting, it will stay on as a buff showing 20% increased movement speed and when I move again it activates again causing me to gain 40% movement speed and almost outrun mounted players. Every new build I can replicate every single one of these bugs
