rangers top level passive atm, we get this at level 10, this skill really needs some work, this skill gives 10 regen per level, so at level 50 we get 500 regen, atm 500 regen gives about 11 hps, at level 50 people will most likely have 30,000 + hp, not to mention that 90% of the time the world does not let you regen properly especially when there are a few players around you get extremely delayed regen so its more like 2 hps at level 25, this skill would be much better if it was a % based skill, maybe 3% hp, something that lets ranger live if they can get away and kite ( risk vs reward )

i think this could be an amazing skill but definitely needs some work, as of right now its almost a waste of mana to even cast it, also i think it would be cool if it gave a visual buff like a green glow or something whilst active :)

the only practicly use for regen is to cast it on your caravan or urself so u can out regen any mobs attacking u or ur caravan since they only hit for like 5 dmg due to armor on the caravan :P but outside of that is 100% useless like at 20 i think regens 2hp a second but u takes 1500 dmg a second in pvp lol

I dont like the idea of a glow when active, but i agree with the rest

Yeah it feels really bad, I tested it in full regen gear and with 650 regen I was getting 9 hps

From what I noticed, Regeneration works in combat. Not that it's good (2 hps at ~L10 with 1100 hp are ballpark #'s). This past weekend they heavily buffed bonus out of combat regen to be useful. I'm not sure if that's tied to a stat or not. I think out of combat regen was ~10 hps for a level 10

Regeneration should be tied to the caster's or target's max health, not player level. IE, Regen = 1% max health as hps. Just say no to non-scaling abilities.

I don't see Regeneration ever good useful in 95% of PvP, because that would make it overpowered in PvE. That's ok, because it's a free ability.

I actually felt that it was a decent increase in hp/s but i think its kinda boring and does not really serve that much of a purpose. Chugging potion serves that purpose you want already, and does a better job at it.

I feel like you better just combine it with hunt of the bear so that I might actually consider running bear sometimes.

Maybe have it buff that halves durations on bleeds and hermorage. Same "feel", and a fair bit of the time more HP saved than returned.

Regen has definitely saved me in close fights, and it's great when I get hit with splash (but then I'm a super unusual melee ranger at the moment)

Remember augments exist. I can see this being a major source of healing as a cleric/ranger or other useful but minor buffs.

Since it's basically 'passive' (you cast it once and forget about it) it's a neat little perk that doesn't really exist on any other class. Clerics have to cast self heals repeatedly for similar benefits.

they could give regeneration an extra effecting healing received increased by 20% which kinda makes sense that a heal would be more potent when target has increased regeneration but i think we might be stacking to much healing bonuses to the cleric there but who knows might be worth playing around with. (With secondary could make it apply to lifesteal on as self buff and have the secondary have lifestealing in it kit probaly Ranger/cleric as apossibility too later on when secondary become a thing depending how they work)

I personally use my buffs to turn my mount into a god. +10% speed + reflect dmg buff + regen...sheesh. Saved my mount several times, especially low HP verdant voyager's. In all seriousness, they need to change the HP regen to be a bit more + make it also give mana regen. Rangers should also get Refreshing Followthrough and or Innerfire (weapon skills) baseline, and it needs buffed. We have all these weak af mana regen options, just make them stronger, or just delete Refreshing Followthrough and Innerfire and make Regen give + mana (make it strong), so we can focus on fun damage abilities for our weapons, instead of having to choose between fun abilities or having mana.
