3 tweaks to put rangers in a better place mechanicaly

First of all i wont be tweaking numbers here since this more about mechanicaly how they function i dont have the data to make informed balancing choice by dmg values
1st change
Bow mastery passive
- alot of people havant noticed this but basicly this passive makes your bow finisher reduce barrage/scatter shot cooldown by 3 seconds,
- Change this skill to apply to all ranger skills not just the 2 mentioned. Ranger current have the the longest cooldowns in the game across their skills most are 30-60 second cooldowns and this would be a more interesting mechanic to reduce cooldowns on skills by rewards chaining in AA rotations than just flat out lower CD on skins
2nd
Disengage
- Make omnidirection disengage default like there 0 reason whats so ever not to take it since it a free and does the exact same thing but offer 3 more options of direction
- Add new passive in it place which does the following, Your next snipe within 3 seconds of disengage has 50% shorter cast time (Values can change for balancing im just throwing numbers out that i think would be good) This allows snipe to be worth using mid combat with somone and add synergy between ranger skills/kit
3rd
Expedious Barrage (passive)
- Change this passive to also apply to weapon attacks (Auto attacks) would make this skill worth wild to take
Also one more thing i would like to see ammo types play a bit more of a roll across the kit like some skills might have slightly different effects based on your current ammo type your using just to add more between rangers kits atm there not a whole lot of skill synergy inside the ranger kit i find like they dont particularly combined well with eachother.
