DLSS is overcompensating, maybe a mem leak

anyone else notice that if DLSS is on that the game is being too aggressive in its down sampling overtime. i feel like over multi hour sessions I am traveling through a time machine of GFX from UE5 down to UE3. bitmaps get more blocky, visuals go from in game cinematic lvl to tomb raider 1.
