Glorious Alpha Two Testers!

Phase I of Alpha Two testing will occur on weekends. Each weekend is scheduled to start on Fridays at 10 AM PT and end on Sundays at 10 PM PT. Find out more here.

Gleam Giveaway cannot Login

Hi there, I was one of the winner from your glorious giveaway and was enyojing the past 3 weekends a lot. Now I cannot log in to the launcher and I thought it included the whole Alpha phase/ had not seen any date on how long I would have access. So my question is did my permission end or is it something that is fixable?

    The servers don’t open until 10am Pacific, FrenzyPanda.

    Be sure to refresh yourself on the weekend start/end times.

    I know and thank you but its not about the servers tho, cant even acess the launcher

    Greetings FrenzyPanda,

    I am sorry but I cannot read that error message. However, the error indicates that Windows Explorer (Explorer.EXE) is crashing. You will need to resolve whatever issues you have with Windows before you are able to install the game.

    So its indeed an error on my side thats good to know. Apologies for just including the german screenshot in short it says that i do not have the permission to access the element
