Launcher Breaks When There's An Update

Whenever a new update comes or a patch for the game the installer gets to 100% downloaded and the file operations get to about 89% before it crashes and refuses to work. Upon repairing, it installs slowly at less than 200 kb/s despite my internet speed being stable and fast. I've had this happen last weekend as well as this weekend. The only solution I've found is to completely delete both the game and launcher off of my computer and reinstall it from the website. I love the game, I'm having a great time leveling and I've even made a couple of new friends, but the launcher issues are preventing me from playing.

    Update: This happened again with this most recent update,, except the launcher crashes as soon as I login and get to the download screen.
