Where TF Do I go, for Quests?! WTB Quest Indicators

It's my 4th weekend and am a level 4. Why do Quests not give any EXP?

I feel like Ken: Anywhere else I'd be a 10!

The lack of quest indicators isn't a nice touch; At this point, it feels like a weakness or short-coming, for the game.

Do we just kill NPCs in the wildnerness to level?

I abandoned all my current and then went out to unlock some them...Map marker(yellow circles) have come back. Numbered quest marker pins are also showing up on the map.

I will say some of the quests are still bugged and not completing. Some of the yellow map circles can be to small for kill farm commissions and too large searching for objectives or bounties...They need adjustment overall.

I like the green sparkles on objectives please use these more...I'm getting weary of trying to find a a needle in a haystack. when the haystack is the size of a football stadium.

They EXP rewards are still poor compared to the time sink. Gear rewards need to be implemented...a few glint crumbs is not satisfying.

Ive run around looking for a kill commission target and I cant find it please localize the markers more...

Basically the system needs major adjustments. I am not after hand holding but at least respect my time if i am crossing the map but then feel lost when I arrive...

Should I be going to the center of these yellow zones or lapping the perimeter every-time? Its getting old fast. And if I have to ask this then clearly there's a need to refine quest information/markers

Did *you* get any experience from completing quests?

Because I didn't. I should've just stayed out in the wilderness killing boars. Maybe.... 14,327,523?

At least then, I might be level 10, by now....

Yes I did get some experience the amounts have increase from what I can remember doing 1-5lvl first alpha week compared to 1-5 now.

There is some minor benefit to doing a kill x commission when grinding mobs in the same area.

I'm only lvl 8 myself I have no interest investing more time into a character that will be wiped soon. So I'm just bug hunting now...

Questing is still unsatisfying as it stands right now.

If grinding mobs is going to be a thing that players are already doing than implementing some kill 100+ kill commissions for some 1 time rare/epic loot would be appreciated right now. If they can be repeated then offer 2x exp reward

The only quest I did was for the mount. a lot of them are broke and the markers do not align. Not going to bother with them until they reevaluate the rewards/effort for them.

    What Makes said.

It's better progression to farm mobs rather than wondering around trying to complete a commession.

Commissions would be fine if the kill orders were increased and the rewards were more substantial than just glint.

The public quests (hearts) in wahammer online and GW2 do it better either you have a zone where kills fill up a localized reward progression bar with a choice of rewards...Or a specific bounty target with a substantial payoff.

I will give Ashes some credit in that i do not always have to return to the quest giver to claim the reward but can just complete it in the quest tab.

Things like discovery and fetch quests should only be reserved for lore focus and developing story arcs...
