Game randomly freezing, no crash, just frozen and needing to force restart

There's no crash so I can't send a crash report, I just get completely frozen and no amount of waiting results in the game unfreezing. I lose all combat sounds and everything but the music. Also, when I load in right now it is taking an EXTREMELY long time compared to earlier weeks. the screen is completely black for 30 seconds, often long enough for me to die to whatever I was near when I crashed. Wish I could be more detailed but this has happened like 10 times today.
