Markings in character creation makes game crash

In the character creator it would not let me add or change markings to my character. Additionally, trying to do so a few times would crash the game. I reopened the game and tried again multiple times to the same result. Thanks!

    Every single time I try to add a marking in Character Creation it crashes the game.
