Caravans are still not usable after caravan hotfixes deployed on 11/16/2024

Requesting assistance in troubleshooting this caravan issue.
Currently in Halcyon where I have a caravan held.
Unable to deploy it, unable to purchase a new caravan, unable to summon the caravan via a beacon to another node.
2 of my 3 caravans disappeared from Halcyon between last weekend's playtest and this weekend's playtest.
Summon beacons state "Waiting Deploy"
Please help, I love the caravan system.
