Looking for Medium Armor and Bows

As a 16 Ranger I still don't have a bow over copper for lvl 10, any +10 medium armor or glove, back or belt slots. I id have a few off spec fighters, tank and a mage win for medium leather phys stats and bows but that's not my question.
Anyone able to tell me where a 16 Ranger can go to fill in these gaps in armor and to find a bow? I tried Sephilion for 3 levels and it's literaly all Heavy Armor, a wand, etc.
