Billing Issue
In short, I need a refund.
How do I contact billing? Here?
I need to back out of my support for this game because my computer just cannot run it.
Load times are atrocious, and that's on part of my computer being old.
I was over-eager to try this out and was convinced I could play it as I can still run "Throne and Liberty" on my PC, but Unreal Engine 5 is just too much for my PC to handle.
I haven't been able to cope with the jittery graphics long enough to level up even once.
All I have done is download the game, create 1 character on 2 different servers, and kill 5 goblins.
There's nothing bad about the game. I simply want a refund.

Since there currently is a high ticket volume, getting a reply from support might take a bit longer than usual.
