Guild wars need work.

Right now we have guilds instantly declaring war to avoid gaining corruption while attacking other guilds in farm spots. Guild wars should not be used to avoid corruption and should instead be being used as methods to resolve conflicts.
To correct this I think we should require a certain number of grievances before being able to declare war on an enemy guild and/or create a 24 hour timer before the war becomes active. We're all for PvP in the proper context, however it should not happen through abuse of systems.
