Loot tables (not armor and weapons)

I've played for the last 2 weekends and I leveled up 3 characters. 1 lvl 15 Bard, 1 Lvl 10 Fighter, 1 Lvl 10 Ranger so i got the feel of the alpha so far with a fair amount of grinding.
While i got some blues and greens items this is expected and even more than expected for such a low lvl but what i didn't find exciting is the monotony of the loot tables.
Don't know if it is intended to be as they are or they are going to expand in future phases but:
Killing beasts will drop glint and droplings
Killing humanoids will drop gear, recipes and some marks.
I know this is an early phase but the loot table looks a lot similar to what was in New world which makes killing mobs repetitive with no excitement.
What i would be excided to see is a more diverse type of loot tables, more to what classic wow offers.
When i kill a flower type maybe i get some flax or some other type of gathering material
When i kill some goblins maybe they have a ruby, some copper or even some coins
When i kill a frog maybe it will drop a fish or a flower, same for otters.
When i kill bears there is a chance to get carcasses.
Also gathering tools can be added to the loot tables as drops.
It feel that there needs to be more than 1 way to get gathering materials and a diverse loot drop will only make the grind less linear and with a side goal of collecting resources without just running around the map.

I would like to add there should be some flavor drops too. Non tradeskill material items that can be sold or used for quests. Goblin ears, lucky grem feet, minotaur horns, spectral essances, etc. These could be used for bounty quests, or just for vendoring.
Some mobs should have loot tables that include the tradeskill buyable items, like blackberry seeds, or honey, or lettuce.
Also, I REALLY want coin drops to be a factor, because humanoids carrying zero coin makes no sense whatsoever, and while I like glint, I would like for at least some of my gains while grouping to be protected. It feels really bad to get done with a few hours of grouping and find that you don't have the silver to repair because the server crashed and you died a few times, fell through the world once and died, and then a couple bad pulls, and one train, and suddenly you've died 10 times that night and all the glint you might have had is gone.
I have to feel like most of this is just because balancing loot tables and implementing flavor is just not being prioritized right now, but that kind of thing really takes a game world and makes it feel alive.
If you look at the world, there are also very few different mob types running around, placed semi-randomly.
I doubt it will stay as-is.
