Physical Attack Speed Rating vs Magical Casting Speed Rating

I would imagine the first one speeds up auto-attacks, does the second speeds up auto-attacks with spellbows and spellswords? Has anyone tested this?

    The basic attack on a spellbow says it does physical damage and yet it scales with magical power, I Assume it also scales with magical speed rating. If it didn't I'd imagine it would be noticeably slower than a physical shortbow as well.

    Physical attack speed is every ability that does physical dmg it seems including attack animations it seems.

    I can tell you when i use snipe on my ranger it grants 20% physical attack speed and every attack cast is 20% faster and seems like the animations are faster too on non cast skills.

    im also not sure what the ratio of attack speed rating is in % increase im guessing 100 = 1% but could be less since like legendary lvl 20 shortbows is a wopping 502 speed rating so imagine the lvl 50 ones

    Think what would help is them to add an advanced tooltip to these stats so we can see what they actually do.

    If you cast Anthem, I can see my attacks with spellswords and spellbows visibly speed up, but then that ability affects both physical attack speed and magical casting speed.

    Tooltips need some work but they are not bad for abilities.

    Ye I'm with you, for lots of things they work really well. I'd just like to see them on most things to be honest.
