The group exp change that punishes people from having lower levels in their group has made grouping worse. You shouldn’t punish people for leveling with others. It’s leading to negative outcomes where people in guilds cannot group together because of small level differences. And it’s making finding groups harder than it needs to be. I think Intrepid needs to find a better way of dealing with power leveling than the change they came up with because there’s an obviously an extremely negative impact to the game that this change has made. Because the cons of the change far outweigh the pros. We need a system that helps us to be more social not less.
