Will there be a character inspect option in later testing or on full release?

I would love to inspect peoples gear and see what people are sporting. I think it also adds a way for people to kinda show off rare gear they get. Opens talks on how they got it? Keeps people honest on what they show up in parties.

Anyone know if they plan to ?

I really hope so

    Maybe something like when your are flagged for pvp people cant inspect you ? That might work

    No, it's prevent toxicity in PvE as much as scouting in PvP. Like forcing an "inspection" to allow someone to join the group

    This one is a pretty clear cut case of 'No'. There won't be an inspect feature

    I've played FFXI for years, they have this feature and you can choose to make it so people can't inspect you. never once has anyone criticized me for what I was wearing instead I've had people offer me help for obtaining certain gear that you can farm and pop a boss for cause they knew I didn't have it and they too needed it. You're being doomers

    I like the idea of being able to inspect another player and see their gear. But there should be a way to hide it, maybe some gear has the ability to hide certain gear or features.
