Wings of Salvation Collision

Currently Wings of Salvation feels bad a lot of times in practice because of collision- you're rushing to a player to collide with them which stops your momentum and just feels substantially less visceral.
IMO it would feel substantially better if you ignored collision w/ players for the duration of wings and for a second or so afterwards- that way you can go through the target if they are turning and not collide with them if they're still moving away from you.
