Should Artisan Tools get buffs based on weapon skills?

Just a thought after reading more about hunting bows. Would it be interesting to have some passive buffs given to artisan tools based upon your weapon skills?
For example, for hunting bow, you would get passives from bows combat skills at say lvl 5, 10, 15 that increases proficiency with the hunting bow. Somethings like increase gathering speed, item quantity or rarity buffs as a passive skill in the weapons skill.
Maybe one handed weapons buff the sickle for harvesting. Two handed weapons buff the axe for logging.
Maybe extending this out further to processing buffs from weapon skills. And even maybe at higher levels in weapons, giving specialization buffs on crafting. Where a skilled two handed sword user has some additional proficiency in crafting two handed swords.

Hopefully there are plenty of mutually exclusive options/branches.. especially in the crafting line to make crafters of the same type get to have semi-unique builds with more specialization. Which would help individual crafters have a chance to make a name for themselves or have actual selling points for their products vs others.
