Will tools be tradable at launch?

Currently you can't have the people who are specializing in crafting items craft tools for the gatherers because you can't trade tools. I'm wondering if we will be able to trade tools so the guild crafters can make them for the guild gatherers?

Odd. You still have to go to town to unload mats.
if you have good bags u dont for a long long time
Journmeyman bags can hold over a 100 items a stack and like 9 stacks or something so 900 itemsx2 + ur basicly bag aswell for example
I want buy the bag... I can use...give me

I hope they are tradeable, I can't imagine what the lower levels of certain crafting professions are going to be like if you can't trade them.
Botting or 'being able to stay out indefinitely' hopefully should not be a consideration for anything. The bag system is already resolving that, or at least, it's supposed to be. The new ridiculous stack sizes are definitely sus, but 'not being able to trade tools at all' is definitely a terrible solution to that, for me at least.
