PVP flag drops when logging out and back in.

If you flag for PvP by looting someone or attacking someone and log out, then back in your PVP flag will be dropped.
Bug Reproduction Steps
Loot corpse, instant log out, log back in, your safe from pvp.
Expected Result
I would expect to either not be able to log out while flagged, have some sort of delay so its not a cheese escape route or that the timer only ran while character was logged into game.
Bug Report - Actual Result
You can drop PVP with 0 risk and within 10 seconds of acquiring it.
