Glorious Alpha Two Testers!

Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!

For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

Should Bard be allowed to continue auto-attacking when performing dances?

Similarly as melodies can be weaved during other abilities, should Bards be allowed to continue auto-attacks when performing Dances?

    It would be cool, but at the same time kinda breaks the theme of doing a dance. I think the alternative that someone mentioned is to have each tick of the dance add a stack of resonance, which I personally like better. I don't think there's a whole lot of merit to adding more auto attacks when you aren't able to build the resonance stacks to make them impactful. You'd gain a little more dps, but if each tick gave resonance you'd gain a little more of what makes bard a bard as a tradeoff imo. And honestly if running menacing you'd probably break even on DPS as opposed to adding extra auto attacks anyway.
