Login Popup During Server Offline – Request for Link to Server Status and Schedule
It has become a frequent topic of discussion in the Discord question channel, where players often ask why they are unable to log in and receive the "No available Realms: Error Code 32" message. To improve the player experience and reduce confusion, I have a suggestion for a more informative approach.
Replace the Error Message: Instead of displaying just the error code, provide clear, actionable information about when the servers will be online during Alpha Phase 1.
OR
As we move closer to Alpha Phase 2 with scheduled server times, it would be helpful to include a link in the error popup that directs players to a webpage displaying:
- The current server status
- The planned schedule for Alpha Phase 2
- Maybe upcoming maintenance windows
Including a link to a dedicated status page with server schedules and maintenance windows in the error popup would improve the user experience by giving players easy access to the information they need to plan their gameplay. This would also reduce the number of repeated questions in the Discord channel, as players could check the status themselves. Ultimately, this would keep players better informed and engaged with the development process, making their experience during server downtimes smoother.
