Too low fps despite solid setup

Greetings,

I have an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X cpu, 32GB RAM and a 6800 xt gpu. I'm getting on lowest settings sometimes under 30fps in town (Lionhold) and around 50fps in the outworld. When I play Ashes I barely can run anything else besides the game, like watching a stream on my 2nd monitor, let alone streaming.

Any suggestions? Is my gpu too bad or is it the cpu? I actually thought my setup is pretty solid.

I have a 7500F and RX6800 non xt with 32gb ram.

I am playing the game on mostly very high-cinematic settings and managing on average 55fps at 4k resolution.

This is not native display but with (FSR/Screen Percentage) setting on Quality and global illumination/shadows set to medium...everything else is pretty much maxed out.

I would suggest upgrading your CPU to a 5700x3d for Ali Express for less than $150USD shipped. But your GPU is fine
