Is the launcher website down?

On the main website, when i click 'Get Laucnher' and it takes me to https://ff-intrepid-launcher.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/b9p7a3j6-6cw3-nz5s-km5y-r9w8u2x5cb4d/IntrepidInstaller-0.3.266.19488.exe I just get an error:

This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.

Could someone please confirm or deny that this is down so i know it's not an issue on my side?

I can fire up the game, just gets a no sever error code. My understanding is it will be up soon for testing.
