Lost storage (and materials) due to node demotion

Hi - through no error of my own other than I suppose ignorance, because of the actions of others, I'd used the 5th storage slot in the node on miraelth of resna. Now I no longer have access to those materials. I had all my wood in that slot. Is there any chance of getting access to it again, or is it just lost?

    Nevermind - apparently I was no longer a citizen and once I became one again the slot was back with all my stuff.
