2 Swiftscreech bugged

I was Southwest of Lionhold on top of the mountain and all the 2 star Swiftscreech are bugged and not attacking anyone. I also noticed spawns north of lionhold they were doing the same. This is Very exploitable for xp and and easy loot to sell. I put in a bug report but posting notice to the forums also.
