PVP Issues with node citizen and Guild Wars

Hello I would like to bring up two major issues as I see it,
Node Citizens: PvP is disabled for same node citizens, this is a major issue as I have been griefed many times by players that are node citizens so I cannot attack them, pulling mobs over to get me and my party killed to looting bags, they flag purple but cannot do anything to them so they are free to grief this needs to change, node citizens should not have PvP immunity like this unless you can somehow prevent griefing or bag looting from other citizens.
Guld Wars: We had a party member that was at war with another guild, they kept coming over and killing him but as it was a guild war they would not flag purple just stay white so we could not help without risking corruption, to the point he just left, I get it guild wars needs to be free from corruption but they should still flag purple because otherwise you get this situation where say one person is on from one guild and many from another they are at war with, now they can just kill this player over and over without flagging up, just harass them of the game and nobody can even help them.

"Guild wars are equally broken. They cost nothing and currently do not end. They can be declared a split second before an organised attack with no warning and the war's timer is currently bugged so the war never ends.
So if you are a PKer who wants to circumundulate corruption system all together, kill low levels and loot crafters in towns with no penalty, then just declare a war against guilds you know you can handle due to the numbers,. level and gear difference.
Corruption system? What's that? The current war system should be just renamed to griefer mode."
War declaration should be proceeded by some sort of timers, and change of diplomatic relations, communicated with some timers in between. Not that people drop a war on you when literally casting AoEs on your PvE groups busy farming mobs.
