Make Weapon Finishers Easily Identifiable

Currently, it is often quite difficult to track when your weapon combo finisher has landed. More-so for certain weapon types and classes, and variable around other abilities cast.
Much depends on tracking finishers, even the basic knowledge of when it is safe to cast a skill without interrupting a pending finisher. Bards, for example, rely on finishers landing in their Resonating Weapon mechanic. It would be a great convenience, and a reasonable one, if finishers were paired with a more distinct audio or visual cue, even if it is only presented to the player (though it is useful to know when the enemy's lands as well).
I strongly encourage the toggling of a visual flair or audio ding, or better yet a setting to track where in your combo you currently are, with a simple counter that can moved around as an interface asset. Without addons to fulfill these needs, a built-in equivalent is much desirable.
