The Wind is blowing my frame rate away

I do appreciate the weather effects but the Wind is blustering the leaves on the trees so frantically without ripping them off to the point I feel its clipping about 10fps from my already limited max frame rate.

can we start with gentle breeze and work our way up to gale force buffeting perhaps?

    I noticed this on my laptop as well. Maybe it's a setting that can be changed? I lowered graphics to medium on the laptop and it did okay. My higher end pc had no issues, but it's pretty beefy.

    the more trees I see blowing in the wind the more frame rate tanks.

    I've tried a lot of graphics settings. little to no impact.

    The night time skybox is also freaking out currently.

    This was the Case for me a Week ago or so. Now i can even look at that "shattered Moon(?)"-thingy where something like Lava/Magma/molten Stuff/whatever if flowing out from. ;)

    Okay my last Graphic Card Update was insane - but still. I too see the flickering Night-Sky at times or when moving Tree Branches cast goofy Shadows or turn a bit invisible for a Second and are visible again next Second. :D

    A lot of the flickering has actually stopped me from playing from the eye strain.
