Ashes experience.../ Solo leveling to 10 discussion

Hear me out...I understand the game is meant to be group exp. oriented and I'm super excited for that. However I feel that group status should start at lvl9 or 10.
Think about this, people with jobs/families get those couple of days to game avidly but they are popping in 1.5-3 days after an update or release on their day off and are completely behind. Which is part of the process of an mmo is also what i understand and want (speaking from playing other mmorpgs for about 15 years). BUT The way leveling is currently, it caters to no-lives. Even if you hop on after missing a few days and try to catch up you never will***PAUSE soap box
(especially if a large guild is behind a few players. Because they will mass produce every material and monopolize the markets. A small guild or even solo person trying to sell a couple of items to get coin for a simple under level 10 armor purchase is swept under the rug by demand from the guild with the most people backing their crafters. Which makes gathering, processing and crafting seem utterly useless) *** RESUME end of soap box
come close because leveling is so slow and literally requires people after lvl6.5 to group up in order to level at a decent rate. Keep in mind this is not even due to those "casual players"** PAUSE mini soap box
(as people like to call them... although when you become a husband/father or wife/mother most things aren't priority over your duties as a spouse because it'll be there when you're done but the moment between family members wont so please don't let lonely streamers influence that...) *** RESUME end of mini soap box
but realistically it's due to the set up of the game. If you're a few days behind an update/release every guild/person will out level you quickly due to playing time... meaning no groups...for even the simplest mobs just needing a fighter or extra DPS... I can't tell you how many people have started the alpha 2 phase late and just can't find groups ever and are just lost. The concept of group oriented so early in the game is killing the new personnels interest in the game. You got people talking in chat after the first 3 quest in lion hold saying they don't even know where to go and feel lost in such a huge world. The game so big on experience but yet most new player are probably searching YouTube on "best way to level ashes or quest ashes" vs just exploring the world y'all spent so much time on to make unique.
Anyway, I'm sure it'll be implemented before release but shit y'all might want to push things such as this discussion to the front because guilds/player are disappearing because of it and due to the release of the game being so far away you'll need all the consistent support you can get.
I wouldn't doubt that this has already been made but if it hasn't, here it is.
