Caravan rewards question...

So this past 2 weekends I joined to defend a caravan no other players attacked ..kind of boring but also you don't get anything for being a defender, only the caravan owner gets a "reward" basically money. If we join to defend and stay the whole time cant we at least get a "ticket" to use to buy gear and stuff . If we did get attacked and lost the attacker get's the loot....what's the incentive to defend ? Unless I missing something..

    The fact that there is no financial incentive for players to opt to defend a caravan is something that we have discussed on these forums in the past.

    Intrepid have plans for a progression system involving caravans, so it may well be thst your incentive for defending a caravan is to progress along with this system.

    However, that is obviously not implemented as yet.

    There needs to be a reward. Exp if nothing else.

    After defending a run that too 10-20min and zero individual benefit, not sure how often I would assist thereafter.

    Definitely some kind of incentive for the group and the individual, and still some benefit if unable to make the full journey!

    Imo they should let people add 1 1x1 cargo to anyone caravans when they sign up as a defender so that defender is invested in the caravans safety nd they get a pay out in the end too.
    I tent to pay people who help defend but when u randomly pick up 10 people escort that gets pricy to do aswell :p

    I see i didn't miss out on anything regarding Caravans. :D


    I spawned only One of my own Weekends away or better said i tried -> only to then a Disconnect cutting me off before that thing even spawned - and BOOM!! my Caravan was away when i logged in again and this time i also couldn't spawn a new one. :D

    Alpha, Oh Alpha. :heart:

    I can not help but to realise that we are in Phase One - the Phase for Stability mainly and only. :mrgreen:
