Cannot Pay Citizenship Dues

Description
When paying citizenship dues with tax vouchers, it removed the vouchers from my inventory but does not register the payment. (I was overdue as I didn't pay them last week).
Bug Reproduction Steps
Purchase the vouchers from the town administrator guy, next to the mayors manor. Open the Node menu, click pay dues, then click pay dues on the pop up.
Expected Result
Dues should be paid.

Dues are not paid, and vouchers are removed from inventory.
