Maunt can dash in water

If jump on a maunt in water, button dash be available, and if button click maunt accelerates in water.
Steps:
1. Sit on maunt
2. Run into the water
3.Press the jump button
4.During jump click dash button
Expected Result: dash button cant be click, and mount dont acceleration in water
Actual Result: Button dash be available, and if button click maunt accelerates in water.
