Bard is the most OP 1v1 damage and pvp class in the game because of this interaction PLEASE READ!

Hey! just wanted to put this interaction out there because of how frankly overpowered it is and needs a change/nerf and to possibly have something similar in the future because it feels so amazing! The bard tree spec and interaction in question is
1. Menacing Melody
2. 3 stacks of Tragedy Buff with Chaos spell
3. Music Mastery: Crescendo
4. Anthem of Alacrity
5. Most importantly is using a wand with extended deadly unlocked and max proc chance
6. Shocked debuff (25% arcane damage per proc being hit)
The Interaction
Being in menacing Melody, when you combo attack you use your Resonance Stacks that do 50% arcane damage per stack used up to 200% and it applies 5 stacks of Shocked up to 20. Now the OP interaction is with how any shocked stacks you put and the extended Deadly Finisher with the wand. The extended Deadly Finisher hits 11 times and the regular deadly finisher hits 3 all within a VERY small time frame especially with Anthem of Alacrity boosting attack speed. Currently at lvl 22 bard i am able to instantly do 6k+ damage within 2 seconds with this combo and I have one shot anyone besides a very geared tank with Clever Retort to silence and then I just attack combo and they die. Also your 30% increased damage from both your bard buffs effect shocked damage turning it to around 32% arcane damage instead of 25%. This interaction has made Wand the undisputed best bard weapon for solo or small group play as the damage output is insane compared to the other options. I have also tried to see if Spell Short Bow could be a competitor with wand since it hits many times as well but since its final tier Arrowstorm does not proc Shocked Stacks it can't compete. As a side note you can use whatever weapon u want in an 8 man or raid as the shocked stacks are eaten up very quickly by your other teammates so the wand isn't needed to do it.
My Opinion
This interaction very obviously needs to be nerfed or changed but PLEASE devs understand this is multiple different parts working together to form this interaction. An option I was thinking of is maybe a combo of nerfing shocked and only having mage have access to the original shock values in their talent tree, then making Wand beam a 6-hit combo instead of al 11 hit with wand but keep the overall same damage. DEVS i just wanted to say this interaction was amazingly fun to use and felt AMAZING to build up a Combo and then unleashing it for a Big Death Beam! If you can take one thing from me is this needs to be changed/nerfed but if you could, Would you make Bard of the Beam build or Laser Bard as i call it an actual thing as Magician( Bard/Mage) build later down the line! would LOVE it!

in large scale pvp, this isnt feasible nor ideal.

Steven is on record, they don't intend to balance or fix classes for 1v1 scenarios.
the setup for 3 stacks is 1min 30sec. for group content, not having pensive or healing song in large fights or catharic is a big thing.
you also mentioned it takes 2 seconds - as stated before, 90sec for 3 stacks of red, also casting menacing song, also casting alacrity, weaving a silence - this isnt a 2s Op wombo combo or fighting against shitty pvpers.
A fighter should be interrupting you, a ranger should be bursting you if they know their kit properly - 50/50 fighting mages in general - if they get the first hit, you will be toast.
Tanks are dead, Cleric just laughs as if you are Jubilee from X-men hitting Juggernaut with her firecracker.
1v1 - most people struggle anyways with clerics and bards due to healing. Just being a very well geared Bard with quick wit is enough to keep you up and fighting.
our class don't need another round of nerf again.
The setup for 3 stacks is 0. They do not go away until you use your Saga, and Saga just isn't worth it right now.
Buffing Saga would make this more useful to cycle out, but right now it's better for bards to sit on their stacks.
A change to make themes last 5 minutes would help with the OP's concern. If you haven't created new ones within 5 minutes or consumed them for Saga, then they should vanish and not stick around forever.

No, he's right. Steven mentioned multiple times how AoC is not and will never be balanced in 1v1 content, it will be balanced around group content.
We don't need another WoW where every class is exactly the same.
True balance is achieved when every class is BiS for something different. One class will excel at damage, another at CC, another at healing and so on.
