Rangers, where is the love?

It has been stated that balance will be for groups not individual classes. but honestly where is the love for rangers? physical damage dealers get momentum and courage, clerics get monster heals making them monsters solo and needed in every group. bards well bards are just the goat, and the synergy with other casters is inspiring. mages, well we all know mages are in a good spot, and not joking; 80%+ of the loot mobs drop is caster loot.

so again, wheres the love?

~snipe, honestly i dont even bother with it anymore. the cast time is too long and even in open word it just doesnt seem worth it.
~vines and bear trap (single point only bear trap) are good CC. but it seems there are some bigger issues like very easily clicking on another player ect and losing target to place.
~Scatter shot is our shining star, its amazing.
~headshot with the bonus >50% combined with lightning reload is solid
~disengage helps kite in outdoors but feel weak unless paired up with a snare
~thundering shot feels like a decent AOE, and opens up a couple synergies with the lightning dot
~barrage is decent and with mark of the raven it shines. applies the fisher and low mana cost.
~air strike seems greatly underwhelming, its good for kiting, which if its the point i guess its ok
~party stride i mean you kind of do it just to offer something as your begging to spend points somewhere, feels weak though
~call of the wild, feels like mostly a pvp CC break i think i used it once against a giant
~raining death, maybe good for pvp? the damage is seems low

Dont get me wrong, i AM having fun but seems like i am using, thundering shot, mark of the raven before it releases barrage, relying on my finishers to apply bleeds, at 50% head shot. solo is the same thing but staggers and more bear traps and vines.

we dont build any kind of momentum [Enter ranger equivalent here] to give our damage a boost
we can do good AOE with Scatter shots and thundering
we dont get the caster synergy

not really sure where that leaves rangers, at the end of the day.

its kind of cool we can solo the 28 cleavers in the jungle but I feel the class has way more potential.

Yeah whoever is designing the ranger tree is trolling, having every single ability having a cast time is terrible gameplay and just feels bad, the mobility is terrible ( in PvP ) anyone will catch you unless you can jump off a cliff, and to top it all off Lal of rangers somewhat decent abilities are still broken after 5 weeks of reporting, like at least remove the fact that you can see nameplates while in Camo.. feels like intrepid just don't care about ranger

All the current gripes about rangers I see applying to the rogue very likely. I'm not sure where they want to take physical dps classes yet.
Fighter is in a bit of a rough spot now too, but not as bad.
