Possible gatherables rarity hack

Hi!
When collecting ore or stone, I noticed that there are three types of initial animation. Light hit, medium, and sweeping powerful hit (a powerful hit fills the gathering progress as if two weak hits). If you interrupt the process and start collecting the resource again, waiting for a powerful hit, then the rarity of the resource is often quite high. So, I managed to knock out 2 legendary and epic rubies from two ruby spots in a row. If the rarity is determined at the beginning of gathering and it can be determined by the first animations and fill of progress bar, this can be an exploit. It makes sense if a person starts and interrupts collection, need to reset the rarity to the base. Or just remove the dependence on the collection animation, if there is one.
When collecting grass, the animations seem to be always the same, but sometimes the gathering progress is also filled in one swing as if in two, and then the rarity of the resource is also often high.
Check it please) Mayby I'm wrong.
