Camera Action Options

I would like to ask for some more options in camera behavior.
Context: From an accessibility pov, I use keybindings as much as possible. Excessive mouse use aggravates my carpal tunnel issues.
At the moment, I'm using "Unlocked Camera Movement" in order to be able to quickly turn my character around. With camera movement locked, the only way I can find to get my character to turn around is to slowly rotate right or left. With it unlocked, my character will quickly turn around the other direction.
I would like an option (and perhaps this already exists and I've missed it) to be able to quickly turn the other direction and have the camera keep a steady position above and behind (classic mmo camera positioning).
