Tooltip location errors

I also submitted a bug report in game but this was hard to explain in text. In this picture I am comparing the blue breastplate in the bottom left of my inventory. You can see that the tooltip for the other item starts at the level of the breastplate then goes up, but its SO LARGE that it goes off my screen and then the other item im comparing also goes to the top. This is happening with multiple tooltips, to the point I can't read a lot of them. This isn't only happening in the compare mode, some tooltips go up and out of the screen or down and out of the screen.
