Vary Guild size on Servers to contain zerg

Their has been a great deal of discussion on guild member caps, and how raising the member cap comes at an oportunity cost to the guilds and that this will create some kind of balance between large and small guilds. Perhapse. But MORE can be done.
What we want is keep guild clashes to comperable size/power groups. Ideally across a whole server/realm. We kind of have that by mutual agreement right now in the NA servers, largest guilds have gone to Resna and Lyneth, while smaller guilds are in Vyra. Making servers more attrative for guilds at a particular size would encourage groups to segregate to certain servers and effectivly fight in their own 'weight class'.
The simplest way to do that is to modify the Guild size cap for a whole server. Take the current size (50 min, 300 max, and lets assume an incredments of 10 when you buy expansions) and scale ALL thouse values proportionally. DOUBLE and TRIPLE the values.
Small - min 50, max 300, increments of 10
Medium - min 100, max 600, increments of 20
Large - min 150, max 900, increments of 30
Infact we might find it desirable to narrow the min-max range now on all of the above as we don't need so large a range to cover ALL desired guild sizes on one server now. The range could be compressed to only 4x rather then 6x the minimum size and we still have larger maximum sizes on the large guild servers vs what existed before.
Small - min 50, max 200, increments of 10
Medium - min 100, max 400, increments of 20
Large - min 150, max 600, increments of 30
In each server you still have exactly the same min to max ratios, and the same proportionality of the increments. The Guild perk system would remain unaltered. It's still the sane NUMBER of guild cap incresses which need to be purchases to hit the cap. Now some would claim this breaks the balance between thouse guild perks and guild cap incresses. But it dose not, the value of guild size incresses are derived from the relative size of the guild before and after and relative to other guilds on ther server. Going from 50 to 60 is the same proportion as going from 150 to 180.
Large guilds will gravitate to and stay on the Large guild size servers because it greatly simplifes their internal communications and organization, every large guild has consistently wanted higher guild size caps, while smallers guilds want lower caps. So why not both? Their will be several full server realms on each continent so 3 different size values is very feasable and will maximize player retention and enjoyment as group size disparities ruining the competetivness of the game is one of the largest issues MMO's face.

Right now guilds are small, and that's fine. Have expansions for groups like in L2, via guild prestige points.
Btw in L2, an alliance is also limited to 3 guilds.
@Andi your just re-iterating the current design, which is large from games like L2 and Archage, guild size expansions are already in the design as well as alliance limits, we all already know this. Plz address the actual point of the thread, that different servers can provide a different size caps.
