Uncommon or higher Honey Comb - Where?

I'm on the Castus server, can't find anything but common Honey Comb. Wiki/Codex says Equipment Vendors, Lab Vendors/Managers, and Alchemy Vendors all supposedly sell it, but I haven't found it anywhere yet.
I didn't see it at Miraleth or Winstead Equipment Vendors, neither of those towns have the other NPC's (that I could find, anyway). There's a Lab Vendor & Manager near Briarmoor Farm, but I don't see anything but common there.
