Resonance: Build charges of resonance by weapon combos and using abilities. Weapon Combos generate 1 stack. Abilities generate 2 stacks
New Ability - Reverberate: Spend your charges of Resonance at an targeted ally or foe by pulling out your instrument and playing a short melody. One second cast time. Scaling depends on number of stacks. 4 stacks is max scaling. Maximum stacks is 12.
