Greetings AoC team.
I would like to suggest that AoC team review the sales for this region because your losing a big sales potential here, when theres only the current payment options available atm.
Think about on partning with "Pagseguro" or other payment methods at Brazil, that will help alot of new players to join the Alpha. What is difference on having a Brazil payment method vs the current ones?
Considering 120$ its almost a half wage income, Brazil payment method allow us to buy games without causing a big issue at our montly income by letting us make stallments like 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x etc.
Thats what our Brazil steam does and works succesfully too, because even if games go high price like AoC, with stallments its easier to deal with, but asking full price at buying just denies the chance for over hundreds or more people that would be quickly joining alpha and ramping up the sales too, since like or not AoC is a bussiness mode too and you care for income too as any other business model care.
Thats just an advice about how much income you are losing from a big gaming region.

They’re just looking for players that are interested in testing … and want to support Ashes and the game’s direction.
When the game is finished and launches, localized pricing will be evaluated and included for qualified players.
On the bright side, there are still giveaways for free Alpha-2 keys being planned by the devs. Would be pretty cool to see our Brazilian friends win those.
