Hard Lock on Target for Action mood

Hello,
Please Consider Adding an Option so we can sign buttons to it which would allow us to Hard lock on a target That our crosshair is pointed at this will make a huge impact in game play and make things way better than having soft lock which will be very diffcult as a healer who likes to play in action mood but due to a lot of players being close to each other the soft lock will keep bouncing on enemy and friendly targest or if my tank goes in a bunch of mobs its not possible to keep him as my target in action mood unless i assgin a friendly key to it which in raids its impossible cuz i need 40 keys and even in groups of 8 i need 8 buttons for it and even if i decided to use the option to cycle throw friendly targets my guy might die before i press that button multi times so it finally goes on him to be healed also targeting closest ally is not very relable in action mood either, so if we could assign buttons for example f1 for hard locking on enemies in action mood and f2 for hard locking on friendly targets whom our crosshair is aiming at.

I do not know for certain as I am against lock on features in any game as I think this is cheesy.
i did not see sth like that its just a soft lock as far as i know and the other options i explained

Think any souls game. That’s pure action combat with a lock on.
The current action design doesn't actually follow the reticle properly. Once it does, a lock feature wouldn't be necessary. Healing and beneficial buffs should have common-sense casting though and only target friendlies without requiring any specific targeting in the event of stacked entities.
Aka there shouldn't be any need to use a hot key or lock-on to cast a heal on your group's tank when they're on a boss, nor to cast a heal on an ally player vs a non-allied player you've just recently struck with a damaging ability if they're both standing close to each other.
