Attack Speed doesn't affect Barrage

I've made a short video to compare different skill animations. And it looks like Barrage wasn't affected by Attack Speed at all

Bug Reproduction Steps
Use Barrage with low "Attack Speed" stat value. Than change your gear to get high "Attack Speed" stat value and use Barrage again. Compare the Barrage animation time
Expected Result
Barrage animation time reduces with higher values of "Attack Speed" stat
Actual Result
Barrage animation time doesn't reduce with higher values of "Attack Speed" stat
