After the change of the high quality item I think is more a nerf for the crafter, now crafting has no meaning, you can take the same good item without craft, the difference to legendary or rare item is less and the time you must spend to gather item not worth the very little damage you take. Also there is the problem that before the crafter can make item for your lever you already are at maximun lvl with all blue items.
You must change something to make the crafting items have something that the dropped items haven't are you destroy all the gather and crafter comunity.
I spent 80 hours to craft a lvl 10 bow legendary, there is no meaning to craft anymore. I drop better bow at lvl 20 around.

sure but before we can craft will pass too much time, the 20 the city will be lvl 0, so must lvl the city to 3, after must build apprendice workbench and after you must lvl the build to t3, but you must bring all the gathering to t3 and also the crafting, so 4/5 months after 4/5 months most of the pg will have at last all rare items lvl 20...
