Mount speed Increase on Roads?

Could we get a 20% increase in speeds traveled on Roads for mounts.. or a higher bonus for well paved roads and not as high for dirt paths etc?

    Mounts do get a buff when on roads, Idk how fast it is or if its even functional but they definitely get a buff.
