NPCs get Agro through walls and floors. NPC random agro.
Something I have been noticing since the start of the testing was that there is no Agro Range. If you are walking far away from an NPC or someone overpulled an NPC it will start to attack you. I believe that there needs to be heavy work on what is considered a safe range for NPCs to chase you. I dont think there should be random targeting from the NPC if a tank Pulls. The Tank should carry the agro for a set period of time and have an ability to reagro. I also believe that NPCs should not just randomly attack you if you are shooting an NPC downstairs and there is a group upstairs. The purpose of multi floors it to not pull another NPC group on accident via AOEs. AOEs should not penetrate walls nor should agro. Has anyone else had the same problems in the alpha and when can we expect a change on ashes of creations agro mechanics and random pulls from others. NPCs are way to overpowered.
