    15min is too short, 30+ min would feel a lot better. EDIT: I would also add, that I do prefer it being a buff. I can walk up to someone I'm not in a party with and buff their caravan for them, it's nice being able to do that.

    Have it permenant on self but 15 min on others if need be.
